국립순천대학교(총장 이병운) 대학일자리플러스센터는 오는 10월 29일(수) 오후 4시, 천연물신약연구소(A3) 2층 죽호홀에서 채용연계 프로그램 「2025 제약산업 맞춤형 캠퍼스 리쿠르팅 2차」를 개최한다고 밝혔다.

이번 행사는 제약산업 분야 취업을 희망하는 졸업생, 졸업예정자 및 지역청년을 대상으로 진행되며, 국내 개량신약 분야 선도기업인 한국유나이티드제약이 참여한다. 기업소개, 채용직무 안내, 질의응답 등으로 구성된 채용설명회와 함께 채용 연계형 소규모 인사팀 인터뷰가 병행될 예정이다.

한국유나이티드제약㈜은 독자적인 기술력으로 다수의 개량신약을 개발·상용화한 기업으로, 국내 개량신약 허가 횟수 1위(2024년 기준, 누적 40건 이상)를 기록한 국내 주요 제약기업이다. 대표 제품으로는 ▲위식도역류질환 치료제 ‘클란자CR’ ▲호흡기 치료제 ‘아토르바’ ▲고혈압·이상지질혈증 복합제 등 다수의 개량신약이 있으며, 연구개발(R&D) 기반의 글로벌 제약기업으로 성장하고 있다.

이번 설명회에서는 ‘개량신약영업’ 직무를 중심으로 ▲채용절차(서류-면접-사내교육-지사배치) ▲근무지역 ▲연봉 수준 ▲직무 특성 등을 구체적으로 안내하고, 사전신청자를 대상으로 한 소그룹 면담도 함께 진행된다.

이 행사는 지난 9월 개최된 한미그룹 캠퍼스 리쿠르팅(제약산업 맞춤형 캠퍼스리쿠르팅 1차)의 높은 만족도(94.6%)와 입사지원 희망률(92.9%)을 바탕으로, 제약·바이오산업 분야의 맞춤형 취업 연계를 확대하기 위해 마련되었다.

한편, 대학일자리플러스센터 최수임 센터장은 “이번 리쿠르팅은 단순한 기업 설명을 넘어 실제 인사담당자와의 대화를 통해 제약산업의 생생한 정보를 얻고, 채용과 직접 연결되는 기회를 제공한다”며 “생명·바이오계열 전공자는 물론 제약 분야에 관심 있는 청년들의 적극적인 참여를 바란다”고 전했다.

SCNU Partners with Korea United Pharm to Host Specialized Recruitment for Pharmaceutical and Biotech Talent

- Leading Korean new-drug developer offers tailored career opportunities for young professionals

Sunchon National University (SCNU, President Lee Byung-Woon) announced that its University Career Plus Center will host the “2025 Pharmaceutical Industry Campus Recruitment Program (Session 2)” on October 29 (Wednesday) at 4 p.m. in the Jukho Hall, located on the second floor of the Natural Product Medicine Research Institute (A3 Building).

The program aims to connect SCNU students, soon-to-be graduates, and local youth seeking employment in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors with one of Korea’s leading firms, Korea United Pharm Inc., renowned for its innovative modified new drugs. The event will include a corporate presentation, a job briefing session, and small-group interviews directly linked to hiring opportunities.

Korea United Pharm, recognized as Korea’s No. 1 company in approved modified new drugs (over 40 approvals as of 2024), has developed and commercialized numerous products such as Clanza CR (for gastroesophageal reflux disease), Atorva (for respiratory treatment), and combination drugs for hypertension and dyslipidemia. The session will provide practical information about sales positions in modified new drugs, covering topics such as the recruitment process, training and placement, work locations, and salary structure. Pre-registered participants will also have the opportunity to join personalized interviews with HR managers.

Building on the success of SCNU’s first pharmaceutical industry recruitment event held in September with Hanmi Group?which achieved a 94.6% satisfaction rate and 92.9% application intent?this second session aims to further strengthen employment connections in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
